He brings 25+ years of enterprise software and SaaS experience, including building Mirakl's first Asia sales organisation from zero, leading Epsilon's Asia Pacific turnaround, and — at SDL — growing a regional business from USD 500K to USD 10M in revenue while doubling margins and scaling the team from 10 to 50 people.
Bhagwat holds a UCLA Anderson–NUS Executive MBA in strategy, finance, and technology management, and continues to study AI and digital transformation through executive programs at INSEAD, Kellogg, and NUS.
